All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Goldog Kennel does not handle installment payments. Payment in installments will be through Tabby. Please review Tabby's terms and conditions for installment payments.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping and delivery details, including estimated delivery times, are provided for informational purposes only. While we aim to ensure timely and efficient delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds:
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for information on returning pet accessories and our policy on puppies, as they cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Health Guarantee:
Goldog Kennel ensures that all puppies are in good health and condition when they leave our care. However, we strongly advise that you have your new puppy examined by a qualified veterinarian within 24 hours of receiving it to validate its health and well-being.
7. Communication and Support:
For any inquiries, support, or concerns related to installment payments, you must contact Tabby customer service directly. Goldog Kennel is not involved in the installment payment process and cannot address any issues related to it.
